Scott Pritchard is an award-winning professional speaker and humorist. In 2011 he took 3rd in the world at the World Championship of Public Speaking. Among the 270,000 Toastmasters he was the only American to place. In addition to speaking to audiences across the world, he resides in Las Vegas where he does standup comedy on the Strip at Planet Hollywood every weekend. Scott now has his own show in Vegas “Laugh and Stay Motivated,” every Friday at the Alexis Park Resort. He has been featured on ESPN Radio and in the New York Times.
Scott is working his way to the top and isn’t afraid of rejection because that is the only way to get better. He is working hard giving speeches and doing stand up to perfect his material. Scott knows to ‘influence the influencers’ meaning to hang out with the people that can get you booked and write the check. Sitting around complaining isn’t going to get you anywhere. As his grandpa Roscoe would tell him “It will happen when you take action.” After attending the Bill Gove Speech Workshop his knowledge of professional speaking grew immensely. The tools and tips he learned and talks about here are crucial for any speaker including how to make it conversational and starting with humor.
Scott has a workshop coming up this September in Las Vegas. Contact him for more information.
